Raised in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, NV, Art's early years were marked by a keen interest in both science and business. He pursued these passions at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Finance. This diverse academic background laid the groundwork for his multifaceted career.
In 2013, Art took a significant leap by relocating to Las Cruces, NM, to accept a management position with Walmart. Though the move was challenging, Art quickly adapted and embraced the unique quality of life the city offered. His time at Walmart was marked by dedication and growth, but Art’s entrepreneurial spirit soon drew him towards a new horizon.

n 2018, Art embarked on a new path by obtaining his real estate license. Balancing his role at Walmart with his burgeoning real estate career, he honed his skills and built a solid foundation in the field. The pivotal decision to transition fully into real estate in 2020 was transformative, allowing Art to fully commit to his passion.
That same year, Art founded Home Las Cruces, a real estate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to the local community.
